It is not acceptable to:
- Use bad/inappropriate language to a colleague
- Be verbally abusive either face to face, by email or telephone
- Make inappropraite personal remarks or jokes about colleagues
- Use a sarcastic tone when dealing with colleagues
- Behave in a patronizing, dismissive way
- Use nicknames for colleagues which may be offensive or hurtful
- Repeatedly arrive late for work or when scheduled for a particular task

I never knew sarcasm was frowned upon in the workplace no wonder i dont have a feckin job and never will at this rate!!!
did the have to specify verbal abuse think its fairly impossible to be physically abusive by phone or email correct me if im wrong
You have obviously never receieved one of MY emails, friend. They jump up and bite you. And not just metaphorically, neither.
